Canada’s First Weed Vending Machine Sells $20 Eighths

B.C. Pain Society, a recently opened medical marijuana dispensary, opened Canada’s first pot vending machine, in Vancouver, on Monday. It seems pretty cool, but what’s amazing about the vending machines is the ridiculous prices. Twenty bucks will get you a  “sealed, tamper-proof” bag filled with an eighth of an ounce. Think that’s awesome? How about half-ounce bags for $50! Never have I wanted to visit Canada more than right now.

The dispensary has also re-purposed two gumball machines so that they can offer smaller quantities in $4 and $6 bags.

The machines are only open to licensed medical marijuana users. Damn it…
