Hey guys, some of you already have an idea of what is going on, but here are the final details. We have rented out the "middle" room at 10th and Willow for the super bowl. We have it set up as a private party from 6pm to the end of the game. It is $50 per person, with the expectation of 50+ people attending, and that covers open bar and food during the time slot. Food will consist of wings (buffalo and teryaki), sliders, and quesadillas (chicken and bean). I will post details of the open bar a little later, but assuming something like beer and well drinks. For payment, they will set up a paypal account, so everyone can pay ahead of time. You will be able to pay up until 6pm the day of, but you will need to pay ahead of time in order to get in.
