New York University (NYU) Bobcats | Top Party Schools Review
New York University (NYU)
New York, NY
NYU is one of the top colleges in the country, and has a few things going for it as far as being a party school. It’s located in the West Village of New York City! Being a student here means that your social life will have the “Big Apple”, “The City that never sleeps”, as it’s backdrop, minutes away from some of the best nightlife options in the country. The possibilities are endless, but mostly for 21+ if you want to drink. Although, there are
plenty of 18+ bars and clubs you can go to after you pre-gameat your friend’s apartment. Fake ID’s are everywhere option, but girls will have a MUCH easier time getting into selective places. Some, small time, bars in the city might not even card all that well; it depends where you are. As far as house parties go, the scene is pretty weak; mostly small apartment/dorm get-togethers and such, you’re not going to have a giant pad. NYU is a Division III school…so their sports teams aren’t
very good. Well, not as good as D-1; look at it, it even looks cooler written out. Students have the chance to spot, and possibly interact with, tons of celebrities on a daily basis. This carries over into the nightlife of New York City; students often find themselves at bars and nightclubs that draw in amazing performers. You really can’t find a day of the week where you can’t figure out SOMETHING fun to do.
