Two SUNY Brockport Students Arrested For “Dog Keg Stand”

Two college students at SUNY Brockport were charged with animal abuse after they photographed a neighbor’s dog held upside down over a keg, and forced it to drink beer.

Police say one of the College students held the black Labrador retriever over a keg and, apparently, forced the animal to drink from the tap during an off-campus party Saturday night at a house in the village.

Another student took the photo and posted it to a Twitter account which features stories and pictures from parties thrown by students enrolled at state colleges in New York.

The two men, both 20, were charged with torturing and injuring an animal. They were issued appearance tickets for town court.

The dog was taken by the local dog warden. The owner was apparently away while this occurred according to USA TODAY.
