University of Iowa Hawkeyes | Top Party Schools Review
University of Iowa
Iowa City, IA
Everyone here knows how to party, and they will show you a good time. The frats are the usual headliners at these parties, but there are also other venues you can go to get your groove on. There are just too many parties to mention just one. This is what people look forward to after classes are over. 808 Nigthclub is considered by many as the “freshman” club, holding a high number of undergrads. if you feel like watching sports while drinking, look into The Airliners. Ir is considered as the best place to watch football and eating pizza at the same time. When it comes to sports teams at Iowa, Football rules all. Every sport seems to be very popular among the college crowd, but nothing in Iowa can compare to the Football program. Tailgating at Iowa is some of the best in the country. The wrestling program is also very strong, known as one of the best in the nation. Other than that, nothing else seems to pop.

Greek Life at Iowa:
Most greeks in this school tend to not fraternize with the rest of the campus. Most non-greeks would say that they act elitist or “stuck up”. According to students, all of Greek life at UI is dry in an effort to curb underage drinking. They tend to head outside the campus to party, usually at bars and local hangouts.
<p style=”text-align: center”>Bars/Hangouts at Iowa:
There are just as much places to eat as places to party. The usual fast food joints near the campus are what most of these students want to hang out in.
Places like the Brown Bottle or One Twenty Six can set you back some money.
Pizza Pit and other pizzerias also offer some delicious italian eats during late night hunger pains.
